At Yes Property Agents, we have Zero Tolerance for late tenancy payments!
Below is our arrears policy:
- Arrears between 3 & 7 days tenants will receive a reminder SMS
- Arrears between 7 & 13 days tenants will receive a reminder letter
- Arrears of 14 days and over tenants will receive a “Notice Of Termination”
These notices are marked on the tenant’s rent ledger therefore we encourage our tenants to avoid this as it will effect their rental history.
Your individual situation will be taken into consideration wherever possible, however whilst the breach
exists the arrears policy will be enforced.
EVICTION will follow if the problem is not remedied!
