Save thousands. If you compare us to a traditional agent whom may charge 2.2% +, then we would save you thousands & possibly tens of thousands, depending on the the final price. Your home is the biggest investment so it’s important to maximise the highest returns possible. 

Prices have skyrocketed over the years yet commissions stay around the same point.  Since the internet has made our jobs a lot easier, we believe $6,600 is a fair rate for a house & $3,300 for anything else. Its simple that we do not have high overheads such as luxury car leases,franchise fees or high rent locations like many of our competitors & by minimising these expenses we are able to pass the saving on to our sellers. 

Its doesn’t. Our Flat Fee Marketing Plan is much alike what other agencies may offer you. We advertise on all the Major Real Estate Selling Websites.

Not true. Our marketing packages includes a Photography service, website advertising (including social media exposure) & all related signage & property brochure costs. Their are additional charges such as aerial photography & video if desired.

There is no catch. If the house does not sell you don’t pay any sales commission

In a typical business world,that agent is either not knowledgeable or they are intentionally mislead you to get your listing. We fill out the same required forms, we take the same number of pictures, we have the same size ”for sale” sign, we advertise your home on all the same websites, request feedback the same way, handle negotiations,inspections and appraisals the same.
